My career, spanning luxury hospitality, entrepreneurship, tourism accommodation management and project development in Occitanie, has given me hands-on experience of these different realities.
It is this practical, real-world experience that I now bring to your projects, with an approach that is strategic, practical and human.
Luxury hospitality & international experience
A first experience at the heart of hospitality
My professional career began in the hospitality industry, with several roles in 4- and 5-star hotels and luxury properties internationally.
I worked across reservations, revenue management and marketing, serving an international clientele in environments where service quality, attention to detail and guest experience are essential.
Entrepreneurship & creating a business of your own
From hotels to my own business
I then chose to create and develop my own tourism business in Occitanie. For more than ten years, I ran guest rooms and 4-star gîtes in the heart of Cathar Country.
This experience gave me first-hand insight into every aspect of a project: concept development, property design and setup, guest welcome, reservations, sales and marketing, day-to-day management, guest relations and business development.

An in-depth knowledge of the region
Having lived in Occitanie for more than 17 years, I have gradually developed a strong understanding of the region and its tourism ecosystem.
My work has brought me into contact with property owners, craftspeople, vineyards, tourist offices, service providers and a wide range of local stakeholders.

Today, through Sud Contour, I support project owners and tourism professionals in creating, developing and enhancing their businesses.
I work primarily on tourism accommodation, wine tourism and business development projects, working alongside my clients through the different stages of their journey — from initial thinking and structuring to implementation and ongoing development.
Expanding into real estate & lifestyle projects

My experience in real estate has also allowed me to extend this approach to projects that begin with the acquisition of a property.
Understanding a buyer’s expectations, assessing the potential of a place and connecting them with the right professionals are now part of the perspective I bring to lifestyle and investment projects in Occitanie.
