We will help you understand and organize the various administrative, regulatory and operational procedures related to the project.
Coordinate the different stages
Facilitate communication between the various stakeholders and maintain an overall perspective so that actions remain consistent with the initial project.

Anticipating the needs related to opening or launching: organization, customer experience, booking tools, marketing, communication and daily operations.

A project doesn't always go as planned.
